First, let’s talk about what is challenging you. After completing a short questionnaire, we’ll have a 30 minute introductory call to dive into your current challenges and desired outcomes.

Next, we’ll align on deliverables and KPIs. I’ll bring proposed solutions and action plans for alignment to ensure you get everything you need to set you up for success.

Then, we’ll get to work. With my specialization in blending creativity, strategy, and planning, you’ll have a comprehensive roadmap to tangible results.

Short Term Projects

Projects lasting less than 3 months

  • We’ll sit down to talk about your current operations across multiple areas including, but not limited to, employee/contractor lifecycle, budgeting (internal and external), time tracking, technologies/subscriptions, and project processes. MFM Consulting will come back with recommendations on areas of optimization for discussion. After we have alignment, we’ll document and provide you a playbook to help guide your business operations in the future.

  • Looking for another set of eyes on your marketing agreements? We’ll review and provide recommendations on pricing, added value opportunities, and language on deliverables to ensure you are receiving the maximum value of your investment.

  • Jumping in to take over the (sometimes) uncomfortable conversations with partners and vendors around contract terms and pricing. This service is usually paired with contract review but can be a standalone.
